Gao Quanzhi. Male. A native of Anxi, Fujian, was born in Taiwan in 1975. In 1979, he immigrated to Singapore with his father's family. Under the hard work of his father Gao Xinping, he owned the family-owned enterprise of Sande Group Co., Ltd. Under his father's strict discipline and key cultivation, Mr. Gao Quanzhi has been the executive chairman of Sande Group since 2014. Mr. Gao Quanzhi is currently the vice president of Singapore China Association, the executive director of China Overseas Chinese Merchants Association, the executive vice president of Shanghai Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and the board member of Yunnan Overseas Exchange Association. Mr.

Gao Quanzhi has developed good conduct and learning ability since childhood. As a teenager, he studied at the West Point Education Model California Army and Navy Boarding School. He learned to observe discipline, understand rules, work hard, perseverance and self-management. In 1997, he obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University, Fulton, USA. In 2009, he obtained a master's degree in business administration in Switzerland and a master's degree in hotel and tourism management from Songbai International Hotel and Tourism Management School. Reading thousands of books and traveling thousands of miles is his motto.

Mr. Gao Quanzhi was promoted and cultivated by his father, and his enterprise management ability was continuously improved. Sande Group has more than a dozen companies all over China. He has served as business representative, office director, assistant to the factory director, associate manager, and deputy general manager in various companies.

Executive Chairman and President of Sande Group in 2014. He constantly explores the development ideas of making the enterprise bigger, stronger and better. He not only plays the Sande brand well, but also adjusts the company's development mode and management mode in a pragmatic and timely manner. From the group's building materials, electronic enterprises gradually transformed into hotels, tourism management, try real estate commercialization. The benefits of enterprises are progressing steadily, and the industry is getting better and better. He pays attention to the construction of corporate culture, in order to create a warm corporate environment, carry forward the thick spirit of three virtues (starting with diligence and thrift, benevolence, loyalty and filial piety), create a broad brand effect, and plan a span of strategic planning as the corporate vision. Such as: continuously improve the wages and benefits of employees; and improve the working environment of employees, such as: providing staff accommodation, canteen free and decoration, the establishment of staff home reading room. Team activities, close the distance between employees, the cohesion of the enterprise continues to increase, and the enthusiasm of employees continues to improve.

Mr. Gao Quanzhi continues to make additional investments and repay the country. In 2014, hundreds of millions of dollars were invested in Anting Sande Shopping Mall and Science and Technology Incubation Building. In 2019, more than 100 million yuan will be invested in the renovation of Novotel Hot Spring Hotel in Suzhou, adding functions such as hot springs, agricultural cooperatives, expansion sports, amusement parks, etc. In 2020, more than 70 million yuan will be invested to decorate Nantong Sande Meiju Hotel and Mandu Fanglin Square.

Mr. Gao Quanzhi is kind and gives back to the society. He actively participated in charity and disaster relief, social return, responsibility. Provide assistance and promote business for overseas Chinese businessmen to do business in China. In 2016, he won the "Shanghai Overseas Chinese Business Charity Award". The Sande Foundation was established in November 2011, and successively donated to some non-profit hospitals and charitable organizations in Asia (with the "Statistical Table of Charity and Public Welfare"), and set up scholarships for poor schools. The cumulative charitable donation project has exceeded 0.1 billion yuan. He and his wife, Ms. Li Sixuan, are concerned about the education of disadvantaged children and ethnic minorities. Whether it was during the Wenchuan earthquake, the explosion accident in Tianjin Binhai New Area, and the fight against the "new coronavirus" in 2020, he was able to do his best to help and generously donate, showing that he is close to the motherland and dedicated to his love.
