Group History

Mr. Gao Xinping started with electronics in 1979 and founded Sande Group Co., Ltd. in Singapore. After years of hard work, the group has developed into one of the world's largest key manufacturers. The Group expanded its business to China in 1985.

In 1993, Sande Group set foot in the building materials business and invested in the construction of a cement plant in Longyan City, Fujian Province. In 1994, Sande Group entered the hotel industry and established "Nantong Sande Hotel Co., Ltd." in Nantong City ". In 1995, Sande Group further expanded its building materials business and set up a PVC pipe and fitting plant in Nantong. In 1996, Sande Group established "Suzhou Sande Hotel" in Suzhou City ". In 1997, Sande Group carried out real estate development in Shanghai and established "Shanghai Sande Xing Real Estate Co., Ltd". In 1999, Sande Group sold its key business and withdrew from the electronics industry. The company completed its first transformation and entered the manufacturing industry to produce cement. In 2002, the group rebuilt a resort hotel on the basis of Suzhou Sande Hotel. During the same period, it invested in two cement plants and a PVC pipe and fitting factory in Yunnan Province to expand its building materials business. In 2011, Sande Group sold its cement business and completed its second transformation, with real estate becoming its main business.

In 2014, Mr. Gao Quanzhi became the executive chairman of Sande Group and began to focus on adjusting the company's development model and management model, focusing on entering the commercial real estate investment industry, focusing on the investment and development of commercial real estate in coastal cities and health-preserving real estate in inland cities. And invest in the construction of office buildings, commercial plazas, real estate and other projects, at present, the domestic investment projects are located in Shanghai, Suzhou, Nantong, Xiamen, Quanzhou, Kunming, Dali and other places. At the same time, on the basis of the original group hotel, Mr. Gao Quanzhi has strengthened the in-depth cooperation with the French Accor Group. Several mid-to-high-end hotels have been jointly developed in the coastal areas of East China, and will continue to strengthen the cooperation with more international chain hotel brands.
