At the beginning of the party, Chairman Gao Quanzhi of the group sent a congratulatory message for the new year. Subsequently, the recitation team of Shanghai Sande Real Estate Co., Ltd.'s "Honest virtue, Heavenly reward for diligence-remembering Mr. Gao Xinping, founder of Sande Group" kicked off the performance of the get-together. The employees listened carefully, tasted carefully, and displayed historical pictures while reciting. It also showed that Mr. Gao Xinping, founder of Sande Group, had a hard-won foundation and reflected the importance and urgency of carrying forward the spirit of Sande enterprise, encourage all staff to work hard and have the courage to fight.

The 12 theatrical performances came from Shanghai Sande Real Estate Co., Ltd., Suzhou Taihu Novotel Hot Spring Hotel, Sande Pipe Industry (Nantong) Co., Ltd., and Nantong Sande Meiju Hotel. Among them, 6 programs won the Outstanding Performance Award:
