Gao Quanzhi was born in Taiwan. In 1979, Gao Quanzhi's father Gao Xinping immigrated to Singapore with his family and started his business in Singapore. He founded Sande Group. Sande means "loyalty and filial piety, benevolence and thrift." In 1991, Sande Company was listed in Singapore.

Gao Xinping told his wife that the three children should work together to run the business, and wait until one day they feel that the business is good, and then consider how to pass on wealth to the second and third generations. The intention is to avoid passing on wealth prematurely., Spoiled future generations.

We have studied abroad and pay more attention to demonstrating and leading the development of enterprises from the perspective of technology and market reality."
Future investment in China
should focus on people's needs and service industry
He said: "Although contacts are important, they cannot be used to determine all business contacts. Development in China should be reasonable and legal. Reasonable means that the industry should not be at sixes and sevens. If you want to do a business and extend too many complicated things, the structure must be reasonable. Legality means not trying to make money through crooked ways, because legality is the way for enterprises to survive." In addition, there must be innovative thinking and business methods. If you change it, you may enter another situation.
He believes that there are still opportunities for development in China, but the opportunities are different from the past. China has the needs of a 1.3 billion population, and the future investment of enterprises should be based on the needs of the people, focusing on the service industry. He will use this as an investment guide.
He said: "The company's market is already very stable. In the future transformation, the structure of productive products must be changed, the technical content must be improved, and the products will be produced with higher-level technical facilities and less manpower. Use the same production facilities to develop new production lines and enter new fields, such as automobiles and medical fields."
"Commercial real estate, mainly to build office buildings, hotels, shopping centers and so on, to collect rent-based, property management done well, although the rent can not make a lot of money, but the income is stable. Residential this piece of risk is relatively large, because of oversupply, the market is difficult to digest, business to enter the retirement and health real estate."
Facing the competition from mainland companies, he said: "They develop in the city center, we develop in satellite cities, and we do not compete with them in the first-tier areas."
China's coastal areas are currently difficult to get commercial real estate lots, so he believes that companies can also consider the development of other countries.
