In 1985, Xiamen Sandexing Industrial Co., Ltd. was established with the approval of Wan Li, then premier of the State Council. Mr. Gao Xinping became the first overseas Chinese to invest in the mainland and the first Taiwan funded enterprise in Xiamen.

From 1985 to 1993, Mr. Gao Xinping was elected as the only one in Xiamen City, Longyan City, and Nantong City to serve as the founding chairman of the Taiwan Business Association of the three places, and frequently organized Taiwanese businessmen to return to China for investment. The government builds a bridge to attract investment and makes important contributions to the local economy. In particular, Xiamen has grown from more than 60 members at the beginning of the association to thousands of member companies, making outstanding contributions to cross-strait exchanges and mutual trust.

On the National Day of 1989, Mr. Gao Xinping, at the invitation of the State Council, attended the 40th National Day Ceremony of the People's Republic of China as an outstanding representative of Taiwanese businessmen.

In 1992, Singapore Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew presented the "Best Enterprise Award" to Mr. Gao Xinping. Mr. Gao was also selected as the cover character by Singapore's English-language publication "Entrepreneur.

On November 24, 2006, the Gao Family Association and the Gao History and Culture Research Association were established. In 2007, Mr. Gao Xinping actively organized the first World High Family Association and the first World High Family Association in Xiamen. At the same time, Mr. Gao Xinping was elected as the chairman of the Gao Clan Association, the chairman of the Singapore Gao Association, the honorary chairman of the Chinese Gao History and Culture Research Association, and the honorary director of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Gao Xinping successively won the honorary citizen of Xiamen City, Longyan City and Nantong City, the honorary state citizen of Dali Prefecture, and also won the elite award of Taiwan Tamkang University.

Its products have won the "Best Quality Award" and "National Inspection-Free Products". The company founded by Mr. Gao Xinping has also won the "National Double Excellent Enterprise", "National Top 500", and "Fujian Province Top 300", "Fujian Province Top 100 Enterprises", "Large Taxpayer", "Trusted Enterprise", "National Hundred Outstanding Overseas Chinese Enterprises" and other honorary titles.
