Mr. Gao Xinping's ancestral home is Fumei Village, Daping Township, Anxi County, Fujian Province. He was born in Taipei City, Taiwan Province in November 1944. After graduating from Taiwan's Tamkang University in 1967, he directly entered the family business to work and train. He started from the most basic position of the enterprise, and served as the general manager of "Sanai Electronics Company" and "3D Building Materials Company" in 1974. From then on, he began the development of his Sande enterprise. He immigrated to Singapore with his family in 1979 and died in August 2014. His life is a life of unremitting struggle, casting the three virtues of the great cause.

The Process of Creating Sande Development

In May 1979, Sande Plastic (New) Private Co., Ltd. (Japanese Joint Venture) was founded.

In July 1985, Xiamen Sandexing Industry Co., Ltd. was founded.

In July 1991, Singapore Sande Co., Ltd. was listed in Singapore;

In November 1992, Fujian Longyan Sande Cement Building Materials Industry Company was established.

In April 1993, Anxi Sande Hotel was founded.

In May 1993, Nantong Sande Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. (now renamed Sande Pipe Industry (Nantong) Co., Ltd.) was established;

In February 1994, Nantong Sande Hotel Co., Ltd. (now the hotel is Nantong Sande Meiju Hotel) was opened.

In August 1995, Xiamen Sande Xing Industry Co., Ltd. was upgraded to Sande Xing (China) Group Co., Ltd;

In December 1996, Suzhou Sande Hotel Co., Ltd. was established (now the hotel is Suzhou Taihu Novotel Hot Spring Hotel);

In February 1997, Shanghai Sande Xing Real Estate Co., Ltd. (now divided into Shanghai Sande Real Estate Co., Ltd., Shanghai Sande Zhuang Zhi Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Sande Xingsheng Real Estate Co., Ltd.) was founded;

In March 1999, Longyan Sande Cement Transportation Co., Ltd. was founded.

In April 2000, Xiamen Sandexing Information Technology Co., Ltd. (now renamed Xiamen Sandexing Trading Co., Ltd.) was founded.

In May 2000, Longyan Sandexing Trading Co., Ltd. was established.

In April 2001, Quanzhou Sande Building Materials Co., Ltd. was established.

June 2004, established Taian Sandexing Tourism Industry Development Co., Ltd.;

In April 2007, Dali Sande Cement Co., Ltd. was established.

In December 2007, Fujian Longyan Sande Cement Building Materials Co., Ltd. was restructured into Sande (China) Cement Co., Ltd.;

In July 2008, Dali Sande Building Materials Industry Co., Ltd. was established;

In September 2011, Yunnan Sande Industrial Co., Ltd. was established;

In June 2012, Dali Sande Xing Real Estate Co., Ltd. was established;

In July 2012, Fujian Sande Xing Industrial Co., Ltd. was established;

In July 2012, Sande Xing Real Estate (Fujian) Co., Ltd. was established.

Mr. Gao Xinping's enterprise development pace keeps pace with the times. He started to produce electronic calculators in Taiwan, then moved to Singapore and finally returned to China to start his business. Sande investment from Fujian, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shanghai to Yunnan, involving conductive silicone rubber buttons, cement, building materials plastic PVC and other manufacturing industries, real estate, hotels, tourism, trade and other tertiary industries and service industries. The total investment is 5 billion yuan and the total assets are more than 10 billion yuan.
